GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE "HISTORICALTRAVEL.BG" WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED ON IT

These general conditions are generally available through the "historicaltravels.bg" website and are provided in a way that allows their storage and reproduction. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement" or "General Terms") constitute an agreement between the user and "HISTORICAL TRAVELS" EOOD, EIK 204579319 regarding the conditions under which "historicaltravels.bg" offers information, access to products and services provided on or through "historicaltravels.bg" (referred to as the “Services").

"Historicaltravels.bg" is owned and administered by "HISTORICAL TRAVELS" EOOD, EIK 204579319, the commercial company registered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency. The present general conditions should also be accepted for notification under Art. 47 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). The Services are offered only upon acceptance of the present general terms, rules and clauses herein. If you do not agree with these conditions or if you are not 18 years old - do not use “historicaltravels.bg".

Definitions of some terms:

Users declare that they are familiar with and agree to the definitions of the following terms:

The website (or the site) is a set of internet pages with a common title internet page that is loaded in the browser when typing the email address https:// “historicaltravels.bg";

An electronic link is a link indicated on a particular Internet page that allows automated referral to another Internet page, information resource, or object through standardized protocols;

Malicious actions are actions or omissions that violate Internet ethics or harm individuals connected to the Internet or associated networks, sending unsolicited mail (unsolicited commercial messages, SPAM), gaining access to resources with foreign rights and passwords, exploiting flaws in the systems for the purpose of own benefit or obtaining information (HACK), performing actions that can be

qualified as industrial espionage or sabotage, damage or destruction of systems or information arrays (CRACK), sending "Trojan horses" or causing installation of viruses

, or remote control systems, disrupting the normal work of other Internet users and associated networks, performing any actions that can be qualified as a crime or an administrative offense under Bulgarian legislation or under other applicable law;

Information system / System is any individual device or set of interconnected or similar devices, which, in the execution of a certain program, provides automatic data processing;

Internet page for the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions means a constituent and separate part of a website;

IP Address ("IP address") is an identification number associating a computer device, Internet page or resource of the User in a way that allows its localization in the global Internet network;

A password is a code of letters, numbers and characters which, together with the user name, identifies the User and which, together with the user name, serves to access his user profile;

Username is a unique code of letters, numbers and characters chosen by the User, by means of which he is individualized in his relations with other users and "HISTORICHESKI PATUVANIA" EOOD, EIK 204579319.

Registration is filling in data /username, phone and email address/ in online form and receiving a password for accessing and viewing the content on the "historicaltravels.bg" website.

Signing up for a newsletter is an express consent to receive up-to-date information about products and services.

A user profile is a separate part of the website of "HISTORICAL TRAVELS" EOOD, containing information about the User, required by historicaltravels.bg, stored with him, used and processed according to the privacy policy of the website and in accordance with the current legislation, such as the access to the user profile by the User is done by entering a username and password.

Cookies – small text files used in accordance with the Cookie Policy to store small pieces of information locally in the User's browser/device, in order for the website to function correctly and provide the best possible services.

Group of companies to which "HISTORICAL TRAVELS" EOOD belongs /owner of historicaltravels.bg/ – i) any company in which "HISTORICAL TRAVELS" EOOD directly or indirectly owns 50% or more of the shares or shares with voting rights;

Commercial messages - any type of message sent via electronic communication channels (such as e-mail, SMS, email, etc.), containing general and thematic information, information about similar or relevant products and/or services to users, information about offers or promotions from historicaltravels.bg,

or a company from the group of companies to which "HISTORICHESKI PATUVANIA" EOOD belongs, information about the services in which interest has been expressed, as well as other commercial communications such as market and consumer surveys.

Ticket for visiting a tourist site - access for a collective or individual visit to various tourist sites for educational and/or entertainment purposes.

Voucher - a virtual document with a unique number, issued to the user by "historicaltravels.bg" in confirmation that under the conditions of Art. 48 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the user has concluded through the website and the electronic form located there, a specific contract for the distance sale of a specific product/service, at pre-announced prices, and that he has made the advance payment of the purchased from

distance goods and/or service, according to the terms of the contract concluded between them, by transferring the amount to the account of the site administrator "HISTORICHESKI PATUVANIA" EOOD.

Services offered through "historicaltravels.bg"

The website "historicaltravels.bg" offers offers for the purchase of tickets to visit tourist sites, through a distance contract within the meaning of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods.

These general terms and conditions apply to offers for the purchase of tickets for visiting tourist sites from the "historicaltravels.bg" website. Every registered user of the website has the opportunity to access the reservation and purchase of a ticket to visit a tourist site.

Online registration and purchase of a ticket for a visit to a tourist site by concluding a distance sales contract via the websiteRegistration on the website is required for reservation and purchase of products/services offered by "historicaltravels.bg". The online registration procedure requires providing a personal e-mail address, first and last name and contact phone number.

The provided e-mail address is the means by which you identify yourself in "historicaltravels.bg", and the password is available only to you. In case you forget it or wish to change it, we provide you with this option. We will use the data you provide us during the registration procedure to provide you with personalized services and to contact you in case of need, and if you wish to receive newsletters and messages. By taking an active action, the User declares that he is familiar with the General Terms of Use of the site and unconditionally accepts them.

In the event that the User wishes to conclude a contract through the platform provided to him, he should reach a page - a part of the site, containing a specially prepared interface, through which the User will make the electronic declaration of will to conclude a distance purchase-sale contract. In a prominent place on the website, the user can familiarize himself with the conditions under which the item is offered the product/service and the details of the merchant offering its performance.

The contract for purchase and sale at a distance is considered to have been concluded upon making the advance payment after issuing an invoice from "HISTORICHESKI PATUVANIA" EOOD. The possible method of payment after booking a ticket to visit a tourist site and receiving an invoice from "historicaltravels.bg" is by bank transfer.

After concluding the contract, the user receives at the e-mail address specified by him confirmation of the concluded contract and a voucher certifying the purchase of the ticket

Disclaimer and Liability

"HISTORICHESKI PATUVANIA" EOOD is not responsible for possible deficiencies and/or other claim liability regarding the goods/services purchased by the user through the website, as well as if the conditions in the offered offers for visiting tourist sites turn out to be inaccurate. This type of claim must be addressed to the merchant performing the service. After the payment of the amount on the received invoice, cancellation of the order is not possible.

6. Protection of intellectual property and copyright

The contents of this website, including images, design, graphics, text, formatting, sounds, photographs, images, software and other materials, information and resources, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are protected by copyright.

The copyright on the entire content of this site is the property and exclusive property of "HISTORICAL TRAVELS" EOOD, or the persons who have authorized "HISTORICAL TRAVELS" EOOD to use the rights on part or all of the content of the website.

The intellectual property rights regarding the text and content of the published offers belong to the offering merchant and he is solely responsible for their lawful use.

The merchant declares that he is the holder of the copyright or has the right to use the relevant content, having acquired this right on a legal, contractual or other legal basis, as well as that the placement of this content on the website or providing it to "HISTORICHESKI PATUVANIA" EOOD for deployment of the site does not violate the rights of third parties.

All rights to the content of the website are reserved. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, resell, publish, transmit, exploit, use the website or part of its content in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of "HISTORICHESKI PATUVANIA" EOOD or the relevant owner of intellectual property rights.

Governing Law - Jurisdiction

Bulgarian legislation is applicable to this contract. By accepting these general terms and conditions, the user understands and agrees that "historicaltravels.bg" can transfer all its rights and obligations arising on the basis of these terms and conditions to another company or a third party that is part of the Historicaltravels group of companies. bg potential disputes arising between Historicaltravels.bg and users will be resolved by mutual agreement or if this is impossible, the disputes will be resolved before the competent Bulgarian courts.
